Otterbein University inaugural head women’s lacrosse coach Stephani Schmidt sat down to discuss the early stages of organizing her team as well as her past experiences at Denison University and The Ohio State University. Schmidt was the head women’s lacrosse coach and associate professor for the Big Red from 2001-2010. During her tenure Schmidt guided the Big Red to North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) championships and into the NCAA Division III tournament in 2001 and 2006.
